Our team will verify your application and send a confirmation within 5–7 working days. For certifications like Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer, a separate examination or assessment process applies.
Any engineering graduate, diploma holder, student, or technologist working in an engineering discipline can apply for membership. We offer membership grades for every level — from Student Member (SMIE) for undergraduates all the way to Fellow (FIE) for senior professionals with distinguished careers.
Yes. The AMIE qualification is officially recognised as equivalent to a B.E. / B.Tech engineering degree by the Government of India, UPSC, State Governments, and a large number of public and private sector organisations across the country. It is the most powerful qualification upgrade available to diploma holders in India.
