IEI Invites NCVET Recognised Assessment Agencies (AAs) for Empanelment

The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI], a leading professional body of engineers and an NCVET-recognised Dual Category Awarding Body, has invited applications from NCVET-recognised Assessment Agencies in the Automotive Sector for empanelment. This initiative aims to strengthen a transparent, standardized, and quality-driven assessment ecosystem under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).

Empanelled agencies will support IEI in conducting assessment and certification activities for NSQF-aligned qualifications, including the Electric Vehicle (EV) Battery Sustainability Engineer (NSQF Level 6) program being conducted at the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Hyderabad. Responsibilities include deploying certified assessors, conducting theory and practical assessments, preparing question banks, ensuring assessment integrity, and supporting NCVET compliance requirements.

Interested organizations must be recognised by NCVET as Assessment Agencies, approved for the Automotive Skill Sector, and possess adequate assessment infrastructure and certified assessors to conduct evaluations across India. Applications can be submitted along with the prescribed documents to The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata.
