The Institution of Engineers (India) has announced the IEI Young Engineers Award 2026 to recognize outstanding achievements and contributions made by young engineers in engineering research, technology development, innovation, and technology transfer.
The award is open to engineers who are below 35 years of age as on March 31, 2026, and are either Corporate Members of IEI or have applied for IEI Membership. Through this initiative, IEI aims to encourage excellence among young professionals and promote innovation across all engineering disciplines.
Selected awardees from the Institution’s engineering divisions will be honored during their respective National Conventions. The award consists of a plaque and a certificate in recognition of exceptional professional achievements.
Interested candidates are required to submit the prescribed application form along with all supporting documents. The completed application form should be emailed before April 30, 2026, while the hard-copy submission must reach the designated office no later than May 15, 2026.
Eligible engineers are encouraged to apply and showcase their contributions toward advancing engineering and technology for the benefit of society.
